Roarcore .MOD Player (Embedded Web Applet)

The applet will open below. If a Java security dialog box appears, you will need to click "Yes" to grant the applet permission to run. This version of the player cannot access any local files on your computer, and no information is reported to this site.

The player is pre-loaded with a playlist of files which are downloaded automatically from this site as needed.

If the applet does not appear, there are several things you can try:

  • If the Java 2 Runtime Environment (1.4 or higher) is not installed on your computer, you can download it from (The Java Browser Plug-in and Java Web Start are automatically included.)
  • The applet may have been blocked by a pop-up blocker in your browser. If this is the case, you may wish to temporarily disable the pop-up blocker and reload this page.
  • You may have disabled Java in your browser. Re-enable Java through the "Properties" or "Internet Options" control panel in your browser.
  • The download of the applet may have been blocked by a firewall or a content filter. If you are at a corporate site, unfortunately there is little you can do to resolve this -- try again from your home computer.
  • Sometimes clearing your browser's cache may help.
  • Try another browser, such as Mozilla or Firefox instead of Internet Explorer.

In some browsers and on some slower computers, the playback may be frequently interrupted by short pauses. This is due to the Java garbage collection mechanism and is unfortunately unavoidable in this environment. Playback quality is always much better with the Java Web Start or Windows Executable versions, which you may wish to try instead.
